New Member Cost Breakdown

Thank you for your inquiry regarding MLS and/or Association membership in Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS®, Inc.  Please review the fee structure below, as well as requirements at the bottom of the page:

NOTE #1

Initiation/Setup fees will be reduced by 50% for members transferring "primary" CAR/NAR membership to Pismo Coast Association or adding "secondary" membership to Pismo Coast Association because these are members who already have the education and understanding of membership obligations, which reduce the staff time orienting the new member.

NOTE #2

MLS Initiation fees will be reduced by 50% for members transferring MLS membership into Pismo CoastAssociation from any CCRMLS Association because these are members who already have the education and understanding of MLS membership obligations and are already familiar with the MLS system locally, which reduces the staff time orienting the new member.

NOTE #3

Digital signatures/applications can be used under this Association's Docusign subscription, to simplify the process of submitting your new member application. All we need is the names and email addresses of the Broker and Agent who wish to join, be told whether you are joining both the Association and the MLS, and be told whether you wish to hold a lockbox key.

1)The MLS membership costs for Broker or Salesperson are paid by the subscriber either online or in person. MLS fees are invoiced quarterly, and must be paid in advance no later than the last day before each quarter begins.  .

The ASSOCIATION membership costs for Broker or Salesperson are paid by the subscriber either online or in person.  Association dues are invoided annually (and are pro-rated monthly for new members).   (CAR/NAR dues will be waived if you have paid current year CAR/NAR dues in another California Association already, which will be confirmed/verified by our Association. To save time, you may ask your current association for a "letter of good standing" addressed to the Pismo Coast Association.)

If you give us a valid email for the Broker and Salesperson who is joining, we can send out the Application through Docusign and use digital signatures to avoid printing/faxing paperwork. When joining, an application form will need to be completed for each joining licensee and signed by the broker (and it's simple using Docusign under this Association's subscription). A copy of your valid state-issued photo ID and valid real estate license will also be required. Upon joining the MLS and/or Association, you will be required to complete an online Orientation which will take approx. 2 hours and must be completed within 30 days to maintain active membership.
