Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS® has a great conference room available for rent. (Business meetings only - No parties nor social events) You will find the pricing extremely affordable at $30 per hour.
The conference room is available on weekdays, weeknights and weekends, and can seat 76 at rectangular tables/chairs, has a full residential-type kitchen, handicap-accessible restrooms, and either round or rectangular tables.
The flooring has 24 electric outlets & Cat5 internet plugins. The rectangular tables also have electric outlets found in the center of each table for powering laptops, tables, phones. The conference room has wireless internet that accommodates a very significant number of people sharing the wireless. We believe our facility delivers one of the most consistent wireless capabilities of any facility rental in the Five Cities area.
The podium includes a built-in personal computer, and integrates sound throughout the room from the computer to the ceiling speakers. The podium computer displays onto 4 large screens mounted throughout the conference room. Other devices can also be plugged into the podium, such as a MAC laptop and Apple devices, all of which will project sound thru the ceiling speakers and display onto the 4 large screens.
Coffee is included in your rental fee. There is a hot/cold water dispenser in the hallway leading to restrooms. If your attendees need bottled water, food, soda, etc. please be sure to bring everything you will need to accommodate them.
