Caravan Tours

Need a refresher on how to add a listing to Caravan, or how to search for listings on tour? Click Here!

Deadline for Tours: Properties must be successfully added to the Caravan Tour in CRMLS by 3:00 pm the day prior to the Caravan.

Our Caravan Tour Times Must Be Held Open from 10:15 AM to 12:45 PM. If you choose to differ from that time frame, it must be posted on your listing's front door to notify any member on the caravan. It must also be noted in the Caravan Report Comments section before 3:00 p.m. the day before the Caravan.

Confirmation is not required; however, it is a good practice to check the caravan list in Matrix to ensure your open house is displayed on your selected date.

There are no restrictions on the number of times a property may be placed on Tour.

CRMLS Members from other associations/areas are absolutely welcome to attend our MLS Meetings and Caravans. You are welcome to pitch, promote, and add your listings to our caravan. The same rules for adding/promoting your listing applies.

Please note that not all CRMLS Members have access to view/add our caravan from your system. Please contact the association or CRMLS for assistance.

No alcohol may be served during the caravan.

A REALTOR® needs to be present at the property during the entire length of the listed open house, whether that is the list agent or another REALTOR® on their behalf. An assistant, clerical staff member, or non-REALTOR® may help set up, but they cannot speak on behalf of the list agent/broker.

A qualified representative is still highly encouraged for vacant and land properties on caravan for the sake of full disclosure and safety concerns.

No. It is not required to provide food and drinks. It is simply a common tactic to encourage attendance.

Yes, we have caravans on holidays. Reminder: when the office is closed for holidays, please still submit your listing(s) to the caravan by Thursday at 3 PM as usual. The only difference is that we do not have MLS/Association meetings on Holidays when the office is closed.

Please see the Calendar for any changes to our business hours or holiday closure of the office.

To avoid the $50 penalty for cancelling a Listing on Caravan without notice, the Caravan cancellation must be verbally announced at the MLS meeting, a cancellation sign must be posted on the property, and the listing agent must contact PCAOR to cancel from the Caravan list. If you can not make it to the MLS Meeting or can't reach staff on the phone, please text Lisa at 805-710-2003.
